Bird Infrastructure will remove excess trench spoil from the construction area building pad / pavement
area and stock pile onsite as directed by site manager.
All trench backfill will be compacted to a CBR of 10, testing will be carried out daily and through every 10
meters of trench, via scalar penetrometer, results will be submitted when requested.
Building profiles, grid lines and boundaries to be set out on site.
Where set out is beyond building profiles, set out of exterior features will be required from head
contractor, curb lines , cesspits, extended grid-line profiles etc.
Only the trenches and infrastructure highlighted in the attached Drawings and / or listed in the above
scope of works are covered by this quote, it is the clients responsibility to identify any items not included
in the scope of works prior to accepting the Quote.
Unless stated other wise All trenching and ducting will be installed to a depth of 600mm cover from
finished level only.
Excludes the remove of excess excavated spoil from site.
Excludes the supply of sand for trench back fill.
Bird Infrastructure will provided As-builds of all installed pipework and submit them on request.
Unless noted otherwise Bird Infrastructure has not included the purchase and supply of any materials or
product to be installed.
4 wheel truck access to trench lines.
Trench lines to be clear of obstructions.
Up to date 'Services' including any newly installed services drawings to be supplied to Bird Infrastructure
by head contractor prior to start of works.
If any scheduled or unscheduled hold up's prevent Bird Infrastructure from continuing work leading to
dis-establishment then the establishment fee will be charged again.
Bird Infrastructure Requires 7 days Notice of start times and hold points.
All suppled and installed materials remain the property of Bird Infrastructure until invoice is paid in full.
Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at 5% per month from the due date up to the date of
payment.
All costs and expenses associated with collecting overdue amounts (incurred but not limited to) legal fees,
internal costs and expenses are to be paid by the customer as a debt due and payable under these terms
of trade.
